1. Parties to the Agreement

The parties to these terms and conditions are Law Firm Slavchev and Vasilev and the natural or legal person using legal services (hereinafter referred to as “Client”).

2. Scope of Services

Law Firm Slavchev and Vasilev provides a wide range of legal services, including but not limited to:

• Legal consultations in all areas of law
• Legal representation
• Preparation of legal documents and opinions
• Company registration and subsequent changes
• Intellectual property protection
• Labor law consultations and representation
• Contract law and contractual relations
• Administrative law services
• Tax consultations and representation
• Property law consultations
• Civil case representation

The Law Firm offers an individual approach to each case and personalized solutions according to the specific needs of the client

3. Fees and Payment

3.1. Fees are determined according to the Ordinance on Minimum Attorney Fees.

3.2. Payment can be made:

• By bank transfer
• By credit/debit card
• In cash at the law firm’s office

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

4.1. The Law Firm is obligated to:

• Provide quality legal services
• Maintain attorney-client privilege
• Protect client interests

4.2. The Client is obligated to:

• Provide truthful and complete information
• Pay the agreed fees
• Cooperate in the execution of services

5. Confidentiality

The Law Firm is obligated to maintain the confidentiality of information provided by the client, except in cases provided by law.

6. Termination

The agreement may be terminated:

• By mutual consent
• With one month’s notice
• Due to breach of obligations

7. Applicable Law

For matters not regulated in these terms and conditions, current Bulgarian legislation applies.
